About Derrick OS

Derrick OS is a private, owner-operated application for organizing business and executive work. This public website provides information about it; it does not grant access to the application or its data. Access to the private application is intended only for its owner and people explicitly authorized to use it. Public self-service access is not offered.

Authorized use

Use the private application only with permission from its operator and only with accounts and information you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass its access controls, interfere with its operation, or access another person's data. Access may be restricted or discontinued by the operator.

Optional Google connections

Google Gmail, Calendar, and Drive connections require the account holder's authorization and are designed for read-only retrieval in Derrick OS. The integration does not send email or create, edit, or delete Google events or files. The account holder can disconnect in Derrick OS settings or manage permissions through their Google Account. Google's own terms and availability also apply to those services. See the Privacy Policy for details about data access, use, storage, and sharing.

AI-assisted information

AI-generated summaries, analysis, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review source information before making decisions; Derrick OS does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialist advice. Access to third-party providers and external data sources may be interrupted or changed.

Availability, changes, and contact

Derrick OS is provided as available; continuous availability, error-free results, or continued access to a particular integration are not guaranteed. The operator may update the application or these terms. The effective date above identifies this version.
